A lifeline for us as parents
We came to Viv on a recommendation, with concerns about our autistic daughter’s coordination and movement. We didn’t quite know how to describe but as soon as we had our consultation with Viv she put into words the challenges that we had been seeing.
A year and a half later and we have seen significant developmental improvement not only in her coordination and gross motor skills, but also in fine motor skills and proprioceptive sensory seeking.
This has translated to better handwriting, using cutlery, catching balls, communicating with friends better, not getting up in people’s faces and bodies so much - and so on.
Viv has been a lifeline for us as parents - adrift in a totally new world of autism diagnosis aged five. We were offered no help with these coordination issues by the NHS but feel so glad we could work with Viv.
